THE SECRETS OF THE KNIGHTS TEMPLAR
Humankind lives at the dawn of the manifestation of the Kingdom or mankind’s anchorage in a new dimension. Although the foremost events contributing to this magnificent achievement are hidden and invisible to the human eye, the group consciousness feels what is occurring on the inner planes.
Consequently, information about the Royal Lineage and the Grail is now available to the public, whether through books, articles, films or documentaries. Concomitantly, the Templars, being associated with the royal lineages, are coming back strongly as they try to recover a strategic position in the occult wheels of the planet.
Why the Templars? Because all the major modern occult groups who have secretly influenced politics and, therefore, history have issued from the Templar Order. But mostly, in their time, the Templars were the guardians of the Tradition and of the Bloodline. This signifies that, at a precise/specific time in human history, this group of souls was capable of being in resonance with the Divine Plan and translating it on the earth in the physical dimension. According to their capacity to comprehend, and within the limits of their personal evolution, they were utilized by the Infinite Consciousness as one of the links in the chain.
This does not mean that the actions of the Crusaders and of the Templars WERE the Plan. The Templars were, as most humans, limited in their comprehension of the Divine Purpose because of the epoch during which they lived and because of their own personal evolution. Their participation in the Plan is important but still is a HUMAN INTERPRETATION of the telepathic spiritual imprint received by these people.
The history of humankind is weaved by the instinctual reactions of individuals to the planetary energy of vital current. This vital force is impregnated by the vision of Infinite Consciousness, identified here as the Divine Plan. The Templars’ actions, as well as the actions of the Nazis, of the manipulator-Illuminati, or of anyone, are not and cannot be judged. EACH MOMENT IN PLANETARY HISTORY INSCRIBES ITSELF IN THE PERFECTION OF THE PLAN. The orders of chivalry and their descendants were/are the actors of the fall into the darkness and of the renewal toward the Light, for those who are and will be ready to make amends and to change.
The remains of the chivalric orders and the modern descendants of the medieval Templars naturally place themselves in a philosophy that is similar to the one taught by the Order during the Middle Age. The chivalric orders, under diverse denominations, are still active next to or inside the royal families. But the modern orders and the Freemasonry, even if they can prove a tangible filiation with the Templars, are absolutely not in harmony with the evolution of the Divine Purpose.
OCCULT USE OF MAGIC
During the Middle Age, even more than nowadays, the handling of occult forces as well as the practice of magic and ritual, were a part of daily life. Although of a Christian origin, the Knights Templar lived next to the Jewish and Islamic Initiates. They traveled and established commanderies in countries in which operative magic, Kabbalah and astrology, were taught. They collaborated with the Muslim Assassins from whom they learned alchemy and the occult arts.
" During the Crusades, tens of thousands of Europeans in the Holy Land became steeped in the very creeds they had marched to extirpate. The Sicilian court of the Hohen-stauffen Emperor Friedrich II became a veritable clearing house for Judaic and Islamic currents of thoughts. The Templars were another major conduit – perhaps the major conduit - for such currents." Temple and the Lodge, 136.
In all occult organizations, in all the temples, in all kingdoms, magic and the sacred were the basis of power and of the cult. In order to establish their power, the Atlanteans, the Egyptians, the Babylonians, the Hebrews, the Arabs, the Africans, all people have tried to appropriate for themselves the forces and prerogatives of nature, of Heaven and of Hell. The greed of princes and priests for the esoteric knowledge was and still is based on the search for universal power. They have avidly searched for communication with the invisible world that was supposed to bestow onto them the wisdom, the vision of the future, as well as the support of Heaven.
Officially, neither the Christians nor the Jews are supposed to be practicing divination or magic. "There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter of a witch." Deuteronomy 18, 10.
The belief in and human attachment to symbols and magical power artifacts is attested to by the story of the Spear of Destiny. One of the secret motives of Hitler’s invasion into Austria was his insatiable desire to possess the Spear of Longinus, which is supposed to be the one that pierced the Christ’s flank. Let us bear in mind the messianic aspirations and the major role played by the German Holy Roman Emperor Otto III in the startup of the Crusades. We are not surprised to discover that his grandfather, Otto the Great, was in possession of the sword known as the Sword of Longinus, and that Otto III received it for his wedding. (Did he choose his wife according to the dowry?)
It is believed that "The Hofburg Spear received its first recorded mention in the ancient Saxon Chronicle at the Battle of Leck (near Augsbourg) where Otto gained a resounding victory over the Mongolian hordes. The spear was presented to Otto on the occasion of his marriage. The condition attached to the Spear as dowry was that the garrison towns of Europe should be turned into trading cities." Spear,13.
This sword traveled from one King to another and is always linked to extraordinary victories. It is handed down as a sacred and magical object to the one that is believed to play a particular role in the politico-religious history, and probably in God’s Mind, as understood by human authorities.
Were the Carolingians unaware of the following text of the Old Testament?
"There shall not be found among you anyone that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer, For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord." Deuteronomy 18, 10.
Moses himself utilized magical practices to confront the Pharaoh and to drive his people out of Egypt. The only change brought by Christendom has been the consolidation of hypocrisy and dissimulation. In the twenty-first century, the high executives of the initiatic and secret societies, as well as those in politics and business, frequently use magic. When the members of a secret order do not feel powerful enough to perform their magical rituals and get the desired results by themselves, specialists are recruited and paid.
The kings of antiquity and, more specifically, the kings that are a part of the Divine Bloodline, held the double function of priest and king. As such, they were the intermediaries between the Divine and the human realms. For a long period of time, the sovereign, because of his blood and DNA, innately had the capacity to communicate with the inner planes. His main function was to anchor and to embody the Divine Plan. Also, he was guiding and protecting his people with the wisdom illustrated by the glorious Solomon, whether he was a real or a symbolic figure. At the start of human history, the first kings were the direct descendants of the Creators. Their filiation, as well as their proximity in time to their divine parents, allowed them to keep themselves naturally linked (religare) with Heaven. But with time and with the progressive fall into matter, the Priest-Kings, the Children of the Dragon and of the Archangels, have slowly fell into a state of spiritual amnesia and degradation.
They first had recourse to subterfuges, to magical practices, in order to reconnect with the Divine. Little by little, they have completely sunk into matter and into darkness, and have become unable to connect themselves with the High Planes. Their level of consciousness (= the capacity to remember their Divinity and their capacity to live it in matter), their rituals and their incantations did not allow them anymore to rejoin the superior spiritual planes. They could only reach the astral plane inhabited with powerful entities, yet far from the refined vibrations of the divine planes. The Priest-Kings sank into an obscene mating with demonic entities. Their actions, their religious practices, were a reflection of their level of consciousness as well as of the invisible planes and the entities with which the Kings were communicating. This is the reason why the Priest-Kings, while sensing the divine call as shown by many refined aspects of their cultures, have still practiced the barbarian law of the blood, coupled with human sacrifices, and a lack of respect for the innocence of the children.
MAGIC - DEFINITIONS
Magic is an intervention in the order of the world. It is not necessary to utilize candles and wax figurines in order to practice magic. We all do it as soon as we consciously use our volitive faculty to intervene in another’s life or to change the nature of things. It is enough, if one is capable, to just emit a THOUGHT. Fortunately, very few individuals have the capacity to manifest at will; our world would only be a little more chaotic than it is already!
An Adept ceases to practice magic when he/she has completely let go, has no more desires, and is fully abandoned to his Divine Self. In such conditions, the Divine Self being an aspect of the Whole, the Adept becomes a channel of the Plan and a conduit for Perfection.
There are three relational levels with the universe - three levels of the Sacred:
- The level of primary magic: The being has noticed the existence of material, animistic forces and constrains them in order to fulfill a desire or a physical or emotional need: I want rain or I want the neighbor’s wife, therefore I do a ritual in order to attract clouds or the lady of my thoughts. To increase my personal power, I use plants, objects; if necessary, I will constrain entities or souls that will serve me and give me their power.
- The level of pure thought: I want rain, I think rain. I do not rely on anything or anyone but on my capacity to broadcast the right thoughtform; I do it in such a way that I do manifest the object of my covetousness.
- I have understood that I am a part of the Whole, about which I know and respect the Sovereign Will. I know that I am loved by the Universal Soul, therefore understood, nurtured and cherished. Consequently, I live in trust and innocence and receive the gifts and blessings of the universe at each instant and in all aspects of my life.
[I have a problem with this 'third' level and I will tell you why. Part of the 'Whole' is being part of evil as the Universal Soul of this universe is evil. If we believe we are part of the 'Whole' then it is easy to accept evil as 'natural' and thus, accepted in our environment when we need to stay as far away from it as possible! Evil does not nurture and cherish. It keeps the Souled alive so it can torment it, oftentimes rape our Souls and to feed off it until it kills us because we are not longer useful to it. Evil wants us to believe that we are part of some 'Mystical Whole' so we won't see it for what it is: a predator that will have to resistance from us because we are believing lofty, idealistic crap while it is getting ready to attack us from behind and plunder from us what it wants. Evil wants us to believe things like 'Sovereign Will' and 'Universal Soul' and all that other stuff so we are easier victims for it! Always Remember That!]
In the same way, the alchemist buckles down to his work in a physical laboratory and practices chemistry. But he will only be capable of transmuting matter when he himself is transmuted.
The ritual of the Catholic Mass and the transubstantiation (or the wish to accomplish it) are magical acts. It is interesting to notice that the Catholic religion, that forbids magic and divination in a strict manner, is founded on a ritual in which the wine and the bread are supposed to be respectively transformed into blood and flesh.
The Judaic law prohibits occult practices. However, the families and clans owned figures, called Teraphims, which were consulted as oracles. The Bible mentions the existence of the Teraphims in the house of King David. The scriptures also state use of the Thummin was set aside for the Chief Priest. The exact nature of the Thummin is not known, but it is said that these objects were interrogated by the Chief Priest so as to make decisions under divine guidance. Closer in history, the cabbalists write the names of or invoke spiritual and demonic powers; they manipulate the divine names, the sephirots of the Tree of Life and the Hebrew language, in order to fabricate talismans and to anchor their will.
THE TEMPLARS IN JERUSALEM
The Crusades lasted two centuries and have definitely changed the course of European history. The role and visible power of the Roman Catholic popes was re-enforced while the population was submitted to an intense intellectual and religious manipulation. But in secret, deep modifications of the creed and of the faith of the Christians were initiated. The contacts and exchanges that occurred with the mystics from the Islamic and Judaic faiths have nourished the need to a return to the esoterical Tradition, and reintroduced the occult sciences in the European culture.
In a very precise context, the religious authorities skillfully organized the population and the knights’ enthusiastic marches, proudly exhibiting the identifying cross on their chests. Sylvester II accessed the papacy in 999, at the dawn of the millennium. The birthday of the Christ was close as well as the anniversary of the fall of Jerusalem. Was the pope affected by the millennialist ideas of the moment or was he looking for specific information about Jerusalem and about the actors of its past? He made contact with the Caliph … and organized in 1001 an expedition of Chronicler-monks in Syria and Palestine:
"Al-Hakim greeted the pope’s entourage with honor and spent many weeks in Jerusalem discussing with them the virtues of Islam versus Christianity. He was so impressed by their sincerity that the caliph gave them, in September 1002, the use of the Byzantine Greek church on the outskirts of Jerusalem for their chapter house and library. Unfortunately, Al-Maqquari (historian of the 13th century) does not name the entourage or the location of their order, merely that they were there as chroniclers or historians. By the time of the First Crusade, they were established in a Greek Basilica on Mount Zion, with the name of the Order of Our Lady of Mount Zion" Cross, 129.

Between 970 and 1020 C.E., a series of masterpieces was produced by one of the most influential schools of painting in Europe. The artist workshop was housed in the Benedictine Abbey of Reichenau and located on an island at the center of Lake Constance. Under the responsibility of the Benedictine monks and commissioned by the then-current Emperor, Kings and Bishops, the artist-monks copied liturgical manuscripts, on/over golden leafs with ornate, precious illuminations.
One of the most important pieces of this series is the Bamberg Apocalypse, which is said to have been ordered by the Emperor Otto III. It reproduces the text of the Apocalypse. This masterpiece includes fifty-seven large format miniatures on gilded ground and over one hundred golden initials. The Emperor died before the completion of the codex and his successor, Henri II, donated it in 1020 to the Collegiate Abbey of Saint Stephan at Bamberg.
The text of the Apocalypse announces the emergence of a monarch who represents the Christ on earth: "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called ‘Faithful and True’ and in righteousness he doth judge and make war." Apocalypse 19, 11.
The monarch participates in the establishment of the New Jerusalem which, according to Saint John, will be built after the Last Judgment:
"And I saw a great white throne and him that sat on it…And I saw a new heaven and a new earth… And I, John saw the Holy City, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of Heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband…And he that sat on the throne said, Behold I make all things new. And he said unto me: It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely." Apocalypse 21, 2-6.
In fact, the adviser to the German imperial family, Sylvester, probably dreamt of installing such a monarch in Jerusalem as an answer to the prophecies of the Apocalypse. Also, assisted by the Chronicler-monks, Sylvester had most likely compiled a genealogy allowing him to consider Otto III as the divine heir to the Throne of the Christ. Keep in mind that Otto is the one who was gifted with the Spear of Longinus at his wedding.
Sylvester II did not see the completion of his projects. The pious and idealistic emperor died at the age of 21 in 1002, while his genius adviser expired on May 12, 1003. It is whispered that both fatalities were suspicious….
A series of popes succeeded Sylvester II. Once more, Jerusalem falls to the hands of the Turkish infidels in 1071. In 1088 Urbain II takes on the papacy. Supported by the majority of European kings, he focuses on the reunification of the Eastern and Western churches, divided since the Great Schism of 1054. In the Middle East, the Emperor Alexius I Comnenus (reign1081-1118) confronts the Turks who take back Jerusalem and then march toward Constantinople. In 1095, at the occasion of the Council of Placienta, Alexius proposes the union of the Eastern and Western nations and churches in order to fight against the Muslim hordes. Urbain II uses this opportunity to secure his power and harness at his will the warrior energy of the knights.
On November 27th,1095, Pope Urbain II, after convincing the kings in power, harangued the people and the knights, asking them to conquer Palestine so as to free it, as well as the Holy Sepulchre and the Christians, from the Muslim yoke. This call triggered the First Crusade that started in 1096.
The fist wave, lead by Peter the Hermit, gathered an anarchic crowd of 20,000 volunteers without any military education or leadership. After having sacked the Jewish communities on their way, they succumbed to the hands of the Turks.
Then an army followed, organized in sections, commanded by:
- Godfrey de Bouillon, Duke of Lower Lorraine, and his brother Baldwin
- Bohemond, Norman Prince of Taranto, Italy, and his nephew Tancred
- Raymond, Count de Toulouse and Saint Gilles
- Duke Robert of Normandie, son of William the Conqueror, plus Robert of Flanders and Stephen of Blois, William’s son-in-law
- Hugh, Count of Vermandois
The sudden death of several characters who contributed to the setting into action of the Crusades, the recurring presence of specific monastic orders concomitantly with the intervention of particular royal lineages, are enough clues pointing at the existence of a global plan, secretly conceived and imposed. This plan would include the access and control of the Holy City, and the initiation of a millennium of peace under the ruling of a specific bloodline.
It is true that some of the Crusaders were moved deeply by religious motivations or at least by the belief in the redemption of sins, which was promised as a reward to their sacrifice. But, as time went by, the Crusades became the weapon of the ruling powers, whether political or religious.
"The Crusade, the most potent weapon in the papacy’s formidable arsenal, increasingly emerged as an instrument to be applied as and when popes saw fit, and against whomsoever and wherever its use was appropriate. Crusading had become an elaborate and complex business, ‘the business of the cross’ as it was described at the time." Oxford, 42.
But, beyond all plans for territorial conquests or political plot, the deepest and most powerful motivation, the one that either lifts or corrodes the human soul, is the feeling of divine power and the desire to align oneself with the sacred.
Enthused by their thirst for power and their erroneous interpretation of the spiritual message, the Templars or/and those who supported them - kings, nobilities, popes, assaulted the Middle East. In their minds, it was necessary to conquer and rule in and from the physical city of Jerusalem. The First Crusade ended with the conquest of the Holy City in July 1099. (Note: One can also find a more dramatic version: Friday, June 15th, midday, time of the Crucifixion). Godfrey of Bouillon, one of the leaders, refused the crown but was elected Advocate of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. Less than one year later, his brother was crowned under the title of Baldwin I of Jerusalem.
"The most important of these events was the political conjunction between East and West begun by Pope Sylvester II, the new Holy Roman Emperor Otto III, and the mad Caliph Al Hakim one hundreds years before the first crusade was announced. It was a vast plan conceived and carried out by a group of secret societies for the purpose of creating a world-state in the Holy Land and thereby bringing the chiliast millennium of peace." Cross, 122.
CAPUT
It is said that the Crusaders took hold of the Spear of Destiny, the one that later fascinated and motivated Hitler. Is this the same one that Hitler borrowed in Austria? But the Templars’ treasure was another kind. One of the accusations against the Templars had to do with the possession of a magical object, the Baphomet, that they revered and consulted.
This accusation is mostly the mark of the rampant hypocrisy of this time, as well as of the open manipulation of the courts and of the power that has always been the signature of human beings. Initiates of all nations, Atlantean and Egyptian priests, high grade Templars, were an elite group compared to the general population. Nevertheless, for thousands of years and because of the general level of consciousness allowed to humankind, very rare individuals could directly communicate with Spirit or manifest. Communication through oracles and magic was then an integral part of religion and power. At the time of Chivalry, the cult of relics, real or false, was a source of income for the Church, a hobby for some, and a habit for the Templars. Human relics, especially skulls, were and are still very appreciated in specific circles.
The CRaNium, upper part of the body, represents the celestial vault. It is also the CaveRN in which the brain, the tool of consciousness, lays. At the base of the cranium/skull is located the Alta Major Center, intermediary between the body and the head. It is the center that permits the human to synthesize the chakra system and to start multi-dimensional consciousness. (See I Am That I Am). In the right side of the brain is situated the sacred inter-dimensional door that gives access to universality of egoic/individualized consciousness and to immortality (= continuity of consciousness = conscient creation of unified spacio-temporal continuums). On the CRaNe lays the King’s CRowN. Above it is located the CoRoNal chakra, bridge between heaven and earth.
Divination and communication with the deceased or necromancy (from the Greek necros, dead, and manteia, divination) are an integral part of human history. Necromancy was extensively utilized in antiquity, in Persia, in Chaldea, in Babylon, in Greece, in Rome and elsewhere. Practiced in the temples, in grottos, next to sacred waters, necromancy was still in use at the time of the Templars in Europe and other locations.
One of the most infamous practices in black magic consists of the utilization of children’s heads in order to capture the soul of a spirit or of a deceased. The head is used as a catalyst that allows one to constrain a soul or a demon and make it speak or perform tasks for the benefit of the magician.
Numerous writers mention the existence of magical heads in the Christian world of the Middle Age. These magical tools were known under the charming sobriquet of enchanted heads or Mahomet heads. Gerbert of Aurillac, ex-bishop of Reims, France, also known as His Holiness Pope Sylvester II, is said to have been the owner of such a head, a kind of wise automaton. According to H. P. Blavatsky in Isis Unveiled, "The pope Sylvester II was publicly accused of sorcery by Cardinal Benno because he had fabricated a ‘divinatory copper head’. These heads and other speaking statues, trophies of skillful monks and bishops in terms of magic, were only the reproduction of the animated gods of the old temples." Other sources mention Albert the Great as the happy owner of one of those abjections.
Let us keep in mind that Sylvester II studied mathematics and sciences at the Santa Maria of Ripoll Monastery in Andalousia. There, he perfected his occult knowledge with the cabbalists as well as with the Jewish and Islamic magicians. Except for the desire to place on the throne in Jerusalem a king who would be part of the Sacred Bloodline, it is easy to imagine that His Holiness was also looking for relics, for corpses, with which he would be able to exert his talents to satisfy his obscene desires as a magician, and to connect himself with the vibrations of the Bloodline.
The information found by the Chronicler-monks allowed the Pope to follow the path of the Royal Bloodline. In search of relics, of memories, Sylvester II and the Templars consciously and magically connected themselves with the Sacred Royal Bloodline.
When the Templars claimed the right to dig under the Temple of Jerusalem, they found sepulchers. In these tombs, the bodies of Initiates had been resting for centuries. At least one of them, known to be Wise and a Prophet, gained their attention. In Jerusalem the Knights removed from the earth one of the bodies, which had been anchoring the memories of the Lineage and the DNA of the Dragon. By listening to their instincts as magicians, the Templars desecrated the sepulchers and the embalmed bodies of these Initiates, whose heads they severed. By this act, the Templars have recognized their inability to connect themselves to the archives of the universe, to the memory fields of our planetary system, and to God. Through their misdeed, they have subsequently confessed their failure to manifest their personal power.
During their scabrous ceremonies, the great and valiant knights were used to kneeling in front of these macabre relics, from which an astral part would give them information and temporary power. This head (Chef, in French) allowed them to connect vibratorily with the Divine Royal Bloodline that they knew, and to use its phenomenal power. In return, Spirit, the Consciousness, asked them to temporarily protect the bloodline.
This HEAD, with DIVINE POWER, is the centerpiece of the Templars’ treasure. As already mentioned, the Knights, tasty for relics, had many. However, here we will focus on the "Chef"/head, the main function of which was to anchor the power of the Lodge that possessed it.
This treasure has been hidden in a secret location until the present time (the Author has not decided yet if it is time to reveal the location), while the attention of the gullible public is purposely directed toward Scotland. Paradoxically, if one projects an energy beam onto the Rosslyn Chapel with the pure intent of historical and world transmutation, the energy immediately rebounds and instantaneously hits a different location…. The famous Rosslyn Chapel, proficiently decorated with mystical symbols in order to attract attention, has been the object of international propaganda through best sellers and through the media. Finally, while a sanitized portrait of the Old Knights is advertised, the public’s interest is steered toward the Templar groups and their descendants.
In order to utilize this head and his memories, the Knights and their descending branches have attached entities to it and have fed it throughout the centuries with magical and obscene bacchanalias. While sustaining this body, they have partially constrained its soul. These heads/chefs have certainly been honored by the Knights but did not belong to them. Through those relics, the Templars have captured the souls’ power, some of them being among the most powerful in human history. In addition to one of those bodies, the Templars have also seized a treasure that was later exploited to strengthen their organization.
The heads utilized by the Templars belonged to different times/epochs and allowed them to establish contacts or vibratory bridges with other space-times. This has facilitated the Knights’ research and exploits in regard to riding multi-dimensions. Even today, the disappearance of the seventeen ships of the Templars’ float is still a mystery. Did the float vanish in a time doorway?
When the Templars lost their position, the Head was secretly passed from one order to the other, insuring the chain of world power. After sojourning not far from Europe, the Caput has followed the travels organized by the Secret Orders. Bear in mind that, after their fall, the Templars migrated all over the globe, and in particular to Scotland, Portugal and America. In Portugal, they re-emerged under the name of Knights of Christ. Two famous members of this order are Vasco de Gama and Prince Henry the Navigator. Christopher Columbus, who supposedly discovered the Americas, was, in fact, married to a Knight of Christ’s family member who provided him with maps and information. It is then under the banner of the patte cross that Columbus’ three vessels arrived in the new world.
After the official disappearance of the Templars and "from the political standpoint, the Order of Malta secretly inherited the Templar initiation. The chief of the Order of Malta had ambassadors and he was dealing as an equal with the pope." In Portugal, the Order was not forbidden but was simply renamed the Order of the Christ. The Templars, to display that they had redeemed themselves from their impurities, changed their red cross for a white one. Quickly an abundance of initiatic Orders recuperated their members using similar rituals and teachings. These occult groups are, in fact, secretly controlled by the same characters. The most renown are the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem or Knights of Rhodes/Malta, the Teutonic Order, the Order of the Garret, the Order of the Star, the Order of the Golden Fleece, the Orders of Saint Michael and the Order of Santiago.
Now, let us answer these questions: Who usurped the position of the Bloodline at the time of the Merovingians? Who detained the reins of world power at this time?

THE POWER OF THE CAPUT
The Dragons were the Creators and the initiators of human history. The Royal Blood is then the Blood of the Dragon and of his Descendants. The Dragon’s Lineage, from which the Merovingians are only a link, did not need to be consecrated by any church, any pope or any other authority. They were Kings and Priests by divine right and represented the Universal Order. In their blood, they carried the Dragon DNA, as conceived and transmitted for this cycle of life.
The sovereigns of the Divine Lineage, the illustrious characters of the religious and occult history, and belonging to the Bloodline, are the points of anchorage of the Divine Plan on the Earth. Through their presence, physical as well as magical/occult, they are the foundation of the nations’ power, of Secret Societies, of the Templars and their descendants.
The head, in which the brain and the main glands are located, is the seat of the Father’s Energy and Presence. It is in the head, linked to the crown chakra or vortex, that is situated the Origin, the emitter and receptor of the Divine therefore of the absolute and total power. The Caput, stolen by the Templars, belonged to a very specific soul of a Royal Blood, and was overshadowed by Spirit, the Engine of the Divine Plan. Consequently, this misdeed was the easiest and most secure manner for the Templars to insert themselves in the steps of history and to exert power.
In the process of manifestation of the idea or Divine Plan, the energy or signature of the Creators spread into three vases. These recipients and conduits are:
- The Dragon
- The Mother or Mother-Goddess
- The King, anointed by Spirit
These three energies pervade through three vortices or, more exactly, three systems of vortices, on the planet. To simplify, we will speak about three vortices or chakras:
- The earth base chakra, linked to the Eternal Dragon
- The second or sexual chakra, connected to the Mother
- The crown chakra, tied with the pineal gland and located above the head, therefore out of matter and duality. This center is connected to the extra-temporal power of the Father, incarnated by the King.
The first center contains the VITAL FIRE, the life potential. It is the depository of the DNA. This fire is held by the Dragon. The Dragon is the force that exteriorizes itself into the magma, in the volcanoes, the fault lines and the earth meridians. It is also a Consciousness, an Intelligence, who experiences a life-cycle, and expresses Itself. As all Spiritual Consciousnesses, the Dragon enjoys the prerogatives inherent to his status, but also has duties and responsibilities. The Dragon Energy is masculine in polarity.
The second center, female in polarity, carries the feminine manifestation of the Dragon. It is the feminine Archetype or Mother Goddess or Great Mother. The Dragon’s and the Mother’s Consciousnesses are One. The Dragon brings the semen, the DNA, while the Mother, after receiving it, makes it blossom.
The Crown center is the point from which the Origin, the Plan and the Creative Consciousness expresses Itself. It is the Father, the absolute will and power. Occultists and magicians know the importance of the Head as well as its symbolism and have then naturally utilized this part of the body in order to steal and use each other’s power.
During human history, God or the Divine Consciousness has temporarily abandoned Its power to the Dragon and its descendants, the human beings. For millions of years, the Father has voluntarily abdicated in favor of terrestrial and human experiences.
As a result, and as a sign of their naïveté and also folly, the occultists and the leaders, in their search for power, attempted to summon the Divine and to constrain it for answers. They have practiced rites but most of all sacrifices. NOTE CAGLIOSTRO.
The sacrifice of powerful and glorious Beings, or the innocent and virgin, in order to inflate life to a temple or give strength to an army, the sacrifice of Christian Saints whose blood was spilled for the baptism of a new church, are only some examples of such a practice.
The supreme sacrifice was the death of the Sovereign, of the Head of the Royal Bloodline. This sacrifice is reminiscent of and has only been possible because of God’s decision to momentarily abdicate His Power. This is illustrated by the daily birth and death of the Sun and by the story of Jesus.
When warriors drink their brothers’ blood on the warfield, they ingest the elements of strength and bravery of the dead. But, when a magician appropriates an individual’s head, he takes, at least symbolically, the will, the original power of manifestation, and the political and spiritual authority.
THE TEMPLE
The building of Personal Consciousness and the Manifestation of the Divine Plan, as a whole, are symbolized by the BUILDING OF THE TEMPLE. This is the reason why the Egyptian temple, among others, was built in the image of geometry and of the human body.
The Dragon Pharaonic Dynasties have left tangible traces of their passage and of their knowledge of architecture. But the account of the building of the Temple of Solomon, as reported in the Bible, leaves archeologists perplexed. NOTE. Also, according to archeological searches, at the time when Kings David and Solomon were supposed to live, the city of Jerusalem was only a small, insignificant village. Solomon did not even have a palace in which he could shelter his fabulous harem.
Nevertheless, Solomon was an important link in the Bloodline. It is worth noting that he did not strictly respect the Jewish law. Solomon was carried away by his love for the Goddess Astarte. Also, according to the Masonic legend (about which we will talk later), the building of this jewel would have been entrusted to the foreign King, Hiram – yet Hiram of Tyre in the Bible only provided the cedar trees.
THE MASONIC RITUAL, THE DEATH OF HIRAM ABIF
The famous legend of the death of Hiram Abif, at the core of the Masonic rituals, also speaks about the destiny of the Lineage, of the King and of this latter’s association with the BUILDING OF THE TEMPLE.
Hiram Abif is a composite character whose exact origin is still unknown. He is certainly not the King of Tyre who, according to the Bible account, was chosen by Solomon to assist in the construction of the Temple. This king’s name was Hiram:
"And Hiram, king of Tyre, sent his servants unto Solomon; for he had heard that they had anointed him king in the room of his father." I Kings 5,1.
Second Book of Chronicles (2,14 and 4,16) mentions a certain Huram Abi or Huram AbiV, the final ‘V’ only appearing in some translations. These names would mean Huram my father or Huram his father. The word Abi would also designate a Master of a Counselor.
We will also state the interpretation of Hiram Abif in the book Hiram Key. The authors affirm that "Hiram signifies ‘Noble’ or ‘Kingly’ in Hebrew while Abif had been identified as old French for ‘lost one’, giving a literal description of ‘the King that was lost’. Hiram Key, 121.
What is certain is that this character abruptly appears in the Masonic documents of the early eighteenth century, in 1723. It emerges from nowhere at the same time as a new grade in the young Great Lodge of London, based on the legend of Hiram Abif. It is also the time when the Scottish and London Lodges were fighting for power.
The new grade, based on a story tainted with mystery and symbols with a vaguely biblical background, allowed the London Lodge, created for political purpose, to give itself the image of an occult organization that would mark the re-awakening of a traditional lineage. This yearning for recognition corresponds to the repetitive model of the many "filled with imagination" founders of mystical organizations.
However, the pictures and symbols recycled by the students of the occult are always an emanation, an interpretation, of the unique and original Tradition. They are also the expression of humankind’s group psyche and only translate intuitions of the truth.
THE SPIRITUAL POINT OF VIEW
The sovereign is the one who builds the temple. His role, contrary to that of his subjects, is not limited to the building of the personal temple. The King erects the divine temple or New Jerusalem, the spiritual and lasting temple that opens the path to the manifestation of the Divine Plan.
The Kings who have consecutively represented the Bloodline were only intermediaries, points of anchor. Not only were the sovereigns humans and, therefore, subject to bodily death, but most of all, the time of the advent of the King and of the manifestation of the New Jerusalem had not arrived yet. This is why the King dies and resuscitates. In Egypt, the funerary rite of the deceased pharaoh is concomitant to the crowning of the new King. At his death, the old pharaoh becomes Osiris and retires on Orion, while the new pharaoh endorses the identity of Horus, the son. The two travel together to Orion where they sojourn with the gods. The young pharaoh, probably assisted by a narcotic, lies inert in a sarcophagus for several days. He magically comes back to life at sunrise as the morning star rises above the horizon. Thus, the French morbid or comical expression, utilized to announce the death of a king: "The king is dead, long life to the king!".
Hiram Abif symbolized all those who, although from a Royal Blood, have only participated in the building of the temporary temple. As with all the pharaohs who were part of the Bloodline, their passage on earth ends with an abortion of their venture, a murder or a hold back/reconsideration by circumstances. They are meant to fail because the time is not propitious. Exterior events, symbolized by the ruffians, will precipitate the death of the Master who refuses to reveal the secrets.
What about the character of Jesus? We will not discuss here the authenticity of Jesus’ story. Whether the latter truly existed or whether he was a created or embellished character set on the world scene by the manipulators of history to force a new religion, does not affect our point here. However, the Bible says that Jesus had twelve apostles. The apostles represent the twelve main extensions of the Soul-Jesus.
Jesus or Joshua means "Son of Nun," son of the Fish. In the first century, Jesus introduced a new doctrine that dominated the Pisces Era. His disciples are fishers of men and the miracle of the multiplication of the fishes can be interpreted as the sudden onset of a new group of disciples. But, at the time of the first century and compared to the divine calendar, it was still too early to establish the Kingdom. Jesus had to be satisfied with sowing and disappearing. Judas, the traitor is only the instrument of the destiny. He represents the part of the Christic-Body that was still not ready.
The Christic-Body (Christ-body) is composed of twelve Masters or twelve extensions. Each is to complete its task in a different space-time. It is only when the Christic-Body and the Earth are simultaneously ready that the Divine Purpose can be manifested and that the Royal Bloodline can bear fruits.
THE FATHER TAKES BACK HIS POWER
At the end of a creation cycle, the Father or Spirit fully takes back his power. That means that all parts of creation return to the Father and vanish in Unity and then into Nothingness. But before this reconciliation or dissolution, the Father closes the loop of evolution, brings back his idea/thought to Himself, and completes the Plan. This is called the Kingdom, the manifestation of the Father’s will, through the Son who is His Ambassador on the planet.
This is the role of the Messiah or the King.
For the purpose of taking back his power, the King, at the head of the Royal Bloodline, successively takes a position in the energy mechanisms and then in the material ruling of the planet. The King represents the Creator who divided Itself in the terrestrial mitosis. His Energy, as mentioned earlier, spread through the Dragon’s Consciousness, itself invested in the Great Mother’s Consciousness.
The King takes back his power successively on the Dragon, on the Mother, and then on the manifested Father or Head.
Logically, the King comes back or resuscitates, as in the eternal myth of all earthly religions:
"Killed by Typhon, our father Osiris is locked in his sarcophagus at the deepest part of each human being. He is the root of a glorious body who will only come back to life with the assistance of our Knowledgeable Mother Isis whose tears are a life balm. Killed by the three bad Compagnons, Master Hiram is reborn in the womb of the new master. The two guards tear the immortal body off (Fire + Air) from the perishable body (Earth + Water). The renaissance of Osiris and of Master Hiram out of their sepulchers are two pictures of this intention. The resurrection of Christ will take the relay on the ancient teachings." Secrets of Egyptian Free-Masonry, 234.
The one who has already incarnated under multiple faces, symbolic and physical, as the Father’s Royal Ambassador, has accepted bestowing his power for centuries to the humans. He has permitted the utilization of his Essence, of his memories, of his power, through his Blood, the Dragon’s Blood, but also through his Heads.
When time is right, at the time of the Resurrection, according to the astral and solar cycles, the King returns and takes back his power. When the King takes back his head, he wakes up within him the Father’s memories and commands. Nothing can stop him or slow down the establishment of his Kingdom, because his Kingdom is the manifestation of his Father’s Will.
The True Head, object of veneration and object of use in the occult societies, was retrieved and its power taken back by its owner. In virtue of this act of will, imprinted by a sacred rite that occurred inter-dimensionally at the time of the Spring Equinox, the power was officially removed from the occult orders and handed down to the shoulders of the successor to the Throne.
By virtue of this decision, all those individuals and groups who have assumed throughout the centuries the titles of Father by Divine Right or heir, are condemned to bend to the natural order or to move aside. Their occult, religious, or political organizations shall accept the transmutation or disappear.
UTILIZATION OF MEMORIES – HEADS
The Templar Order is not the only known religious group that has claimed the right to keep the memories of other souls. The Tibetans, for instance, preserved and decorated ("Thank you for your kindness!") the skulls of their adepts:
The ritual decoration of these ornate skulls originated as long ago as the 14th century. It is said that during the cremation of a powerful monk, his skull rolled out of the fire and toward the feet of the monks attending the cremation. This was taken as a sign that his skull should not be destroyed but glorified and used as a focal point in meditation. (Author’s note: I believe that the ‘sign’ is just a pretext utilized by magicians and weak individuals to usurp one’s power.) Today, there is still a belief that skulls can be used to capture and contain the flesh and blood of a demon. (Short Description of Gods, Goddesses and Ritual Objects of Buddhism and Hinduism in Nepal. Published in 1999 by the Handicraft Association of Nepal in Kathmandu.)
According to Nicholas de Vere, in Dragon Legacy, " the cult of the severed head, as part of Celtic religious practice, originated with the Druids, and therefore the Scythians. Examples of the head as the seat of the soul and the source of mystical wisdom, a bestower of gifts or cornucopia, find expression both in the legend of the head of Bran the Blessed and Bendigaid Fran, Archdruid of Britain. This is retold in the Mabinogion, and the trial papers of the Templars, who owned a head that was said to speak words of transcendental wisdom. This head, along with that of Bran, have both been cited as being aspects of the Grail with whom both Bran and the Templars were connected." page 79.
THE SKULL IN RENNES LE CHATEAU
Let us reconnect this chapter with the Abbe Sauniere’s extraordinary story and with Mary Magdalena. In the Rennes le Chateau Church, she is represented sitting, apparently pregnant (unless her skirt is very full), a skull ostensibly laying next to her. Is this the skull of her Famous Lover or of Saint John the Baptist? It is said that during the first century the healers and preachers organized miracle contests. For instance, Jesus would have been in competition with Simon the Magus. The magicians of the first century used the technique consisting in/of constraining the soul and power of a deceased who had exceptional capacities.
According to the gospel of Mark, "King Herod heard of him. And he said that John the Baptist was risen from the dead and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him. When Herod heard thereof, he said: ‘It is John, whom I beheaded, he is risen from the dead.’" Mark 6, 14-16.
The study of ancient magic led some researchers to presume that "the powers which had worked in John had gone over to Jesus. Jesus was called ‘John’ because it was believed that he ‘had’, that is, he possessed and was possessed by, the spirit of the Baptist. If a magician could call up and get control of or identify himself with such a spirit, he could then control inferior spirits or powers." Jesus the Magician, 44. Did Jesus inherit, whatever motivations could be invoked, the Baptist head, which would have increased his personal power? This would explain the relentless desire of some groups to point at the Baptist as the true owner of the occult power. But, one detail : according to the Gospels, Jesus started his miracles BEFORE the death of John the Baptist. We will emphasize on this matter.

While many Westerners think of witches and witchcraft as being relics of the Middle Ages (or relegated to modern tourist traps in Salem, Massachusetts), in many countries belief in witches is common, and black magic is considered part of everyday life.
In Africa, witch doctors are consulted not only for healing diseases, but also for placing curses on rivals (or removing curses placed by rivals). Magic (or at least the belief in magic) is used for personal, political and financial gain.
America, of course, has its own version of witch doctors: the thousands of independent fortunetellers and psychic soothsayers with hole-in-the-wall shops occasionally arrested for scamming desperate or gullible customers. (Their victims are often led to believe that a curse has been placed upon them and that it can be removed with a generous "donation.") While fortunetellers usually do only financial and emotional harm, belief in black magic has led to dozens of murders.
In Tanzania, East Africa, at least 50 albinos (people with a rare genetic disorder that leaves the skin, hair, and eyes without pigment) were murdered for their body parts last year, according to the Red Cross. An albino's arms, fingers, genitals, ears, and blood are highly prized on the black market, believed to contain magical powers. People with albinism anywhere often stand out because of their distinctive features; in a continent of dark-skinned Africans, albinos are often the subject of fear, hatred, and ridicule.
The belief and practice of using body parts for magical ritual or benefit is called muti. (Science fiction fans may recall that muti was featured in the hit South African film "District 9," in which the hero's body parts were sought after by a local warlord who believed that the limbs would give him magical powers. That horrific scene was based in fact, not the screenwriter's imagination.)
The muti murders are particularly brutal, with knives and machetes used to cut and hack off limbs, breasts, and other body parts from their screaming victims—including children. Many of the albinos were beheaded, their heads carefully collected and preserved as gruesome good luck charms or for use in rituals.
While many suspects have been arrested for carrying out the albino murders, so far the persons who commissioned the killings (or offered huge sums for human body parts) have not been arrested. Some believe that because belief in witchcraft and muti is so accepted and widespread in East Africa, police, politicians, and judges are hesitant to pursue the criminals too vigorously. Meanwhile, tens of thousands of African albinos live in fear of their lives, shunned and hated because of the color of their skin. To those who believe in science, albinism is merely a rare medical condition; to those who believe in witchcraft and magic, it is a reason to murder and mutilate the innocent.

Mary Anne sounds convincing to me. Why would anyone defy the most powerful people in the world? The first interview is available here so you can decide for yourself. Also, both interviews, although 14 months apart, are consistent. People who invent stories rarely can keep track of them.
On Sept. 31, 2008 Mary Anne said that tens of thousands of children will be sacrificed that night (the vernal equinox) in Illuminati ceremonies. The children are bred for the purpose or kidnapped. Satanists believe they gain power from killing. Often they rip out the heart and eat a piece of it. They prefer it to be still beating. At Easter, they kill adults.
There are also sexual rituals involving young children. They are believed to increase power, and create fear and solidarity in members.
Illuminati members live double lives. At night they engage in these Satanic rituals. By day they are found in all walks of life: medicine, education, psychology, therapy, banking, law, law enforcement, government, technology, military, charities and religion.
They are everywhere. The worst are in the news on a daily basis posing as leaders.
They are the elite of Freemasonry. They are generational Satanists, which means you have to be born into it. You can't join. Their children are evaluated and trained. Mormons and "Nation of Islam" have parallel beliefs, she said.
The world has been divided into ten regions. Different groups are in control of North America. They are related to the Crowns of Europe.
Many Jews have a prominent role but the Illuminati is not predominantly Jewish. Muslim, Christian, Mormon, Wicca, Pagan and New Age groups all play a role.
She said 80-90% of the House of Representatives and 100% of the Senate belong to the Illuminati.
Mary Anne said she was sexually abused by her own family from an early age. In spite, or because of this, she was groomed to be a prominent political figure. She worked closely with many world leaders and was sexually abused by them. She was tortured when she refused to carry out assassinations.
All religions are infiltrated and controlled by the Illuminati. The Vatican is rotten at the top. The future "Anti Christ" will be a Pope. All countries, including Russia, China and Iran, are controlled by the Illuminati. "You don't say no."
The Illuminati is behind the homosexual agenda, AIDS, and the sexual revolution. They foster anything that is in rebellion against the Christian God.

The first responsibility of government is to prevent a perverse criminal organization from taking control.
Our governments have allowed a satanic secret society, the Illuminati, (i.e. the Judeo Masonic central banking cartel) to usurp power. Most of our "leaders" are their appointees or dupes.
Recently a former pilot for corporate bigwigs wrote to me:
"At times I would hear them talk about "the big boys" ... Satanists believe they gain power from killing. Often they rip out the heart and eat a piece of it. They prefer it to be still beating. At Easter, they kill adults.
There are also sexual rituals involving young children. They are believed to increase power, and create fear and solidarity in members.
Illuminati members live double lives. At night they engage in these Satanic rituals. By day they are found in all walks of life: medicine, education, psychology, therapy, banking, law, law enforcement, government, technology, military, charities and religion.
They are everywhere. The worst are in the news on a daily basis posing as leaders.
They are the elite of Freemasonry. They are generational Satanists, which means you have to be born into it. You can't join. Their children are evaluated and trained. Mormons and "Nation of Islam" have parallel beliefs, she said.
The world has been divided into ten regions. Different groups are in control of North America. They are related to the Crowns of Europe.
Many Jews have a prominent role but the Illuminati is not predominantly Jewish. Muslim, Christian, Mormon, Wicca, Pagan and New Age groups all play a role.
She said 80-90% of the House of Representatives and 100% of the Senate belong to the Illuminati.
Mary Anne said she was sexually abused by her own family from an early age. In spite, or because of this, she was groomed to be a prominent political figure. She worked closely with many world leaders and was sexually abused by them. She was tortured when she refused to carry out assassinations.
All religions are infiltrated and controlled by the Illuminati. The Vatican is rotten at the top. The future "Anti Christ" will be a Pope. All countries, including Russia, China and Iran, are controlled by the Illuminati. "You don't say no."
The Illuminati is behind the homosexual agenda, AIDS, and the sexual revolution. They foster anything that is in rebellion against the Christian God.
CONCLUSION
The first responsibility of government is to prevent a perverse criminal organization from taking control.
Our governments have allowed a satanic secret society, the Illuminati, (i.e. the Judeo Masonic central banking cartel) to usurp power. Most of our "leaders" are their appointees or dupes.
Recently a former pilot for corporate bigwigs wrote to me:
"At times I would hear them talk about "the big boys" ... Milton Blahyi, a former feared rebel commander in Liberia’s brutal civil war, has admitted to taking part in human sacrifices as part of traditional ceremonies intended to ensure victory in battle.

There had been numerous rumours of human sacrifices during the 1979-93 conflict but this is the first time anyone has admitted publicly to the practice.
Mr Blahyi, 37, is better known in Liberia as “General Butt Naked” because he went into combat with no clothes on, to scare the enemy.
He is now an Evangelist preacher, who prefers to use the name Joshua.
He was speaking to the BBC, after telling Liberia’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) that his forces had killed 20,000 people.
Forgiveness
Mr Blahyi said he had first become exposed to killings in 1982 when, at the age of 11, he was ordained “the traditional priest of my tribe.”
He explained that when a rebellion broke out against President Samuel Doe, he had to go to war on behalf of the president, as they were from the same Krahn ethnic group.
He fought against the militia of Charles Taylor, currently on trial for war crimes in The Hague.
As the traditional priest, he says he persuaded the “hesitant” political leaders of his faction to make a human sacrifice before going into battle.
“They asked me to do it in secret; but some of the sacrifices are supposed to be as a ceremony; so my boys and I made some of the sacrifices in the open.”
Mr Blahyi did not say where they had found the children to be killed.
He said he thought that confessing to what he had done and asking for forgiveness could help heal the country’s wounds.
“I have been looking for an opportunity to tell the true story about my life; and every time I tell people my story, I feel relieved,” he said, drinking a bottle of tomato juice in the capital, Monrovia.
‘Ashamed’
Mr Blahyi stopped fighting in 1996, saying God appeared to him as he was charging naked into battle and told him he was doing Satan’s work.
He is now often seen preaching on street corners and churches in Monrovia.
“I now preach against murder and making human sacrifices,” he said.
“Some people see me and congratulate me.
“Others see me and say I should not be walking down the streets of Monrovia posing proud. But I continue to tell such people I am not proud, I am ashamed.”
Between the time he was ordained a “traditional priest” and the time he stopped fighting, he said, “more than 20,000 people fell victim – they were killed.”

Liberia’s TRC, modelled on South Africa’s post-apartheid commission, began hearings earlier this month.
Some Liberians, however, say their body is too weak and argue that a war crimes court should be established – Mr Taylor is being accused by a court set up to investigate the conflict in neighbouring Sierra Leone.
“If you have an individual admitting that he and his group killed over 20,000 people, certainly there should be a mechanism put in place for such people to face justice,” said Mulbah Morlue, who heads the Forum for the Establishment of a War Crimes Court in Liberia.
The war is now over but some 15,000 UN peacekeepers remain in the country.
While asking for forgiveness, Mr Blahyi says he’s ready for whatever the TRC decides to do to him.
“I could be electrocuted, I could be hanged,” he said. “But I think forgiveness and reconciliation is the right way to go.”
He also urged other former fighters to confess their doings because “wherever they go there is a stigma on them”.
But another former warlord, Prince Johnson, says he will not appear before the commission unless he is compelled to do so.
Mr Johnson, now a senator, led the forces who tortured and killed then President Doe in 1990. The video of this brutal killing is still on sale in Liberia.
He says that he has already made his peace with the Doe family but would testify at the TRC if they lodged a formal complaint.

SIOUX CITY — Two girls found dead in a smoke-filled house Sunday were the victims of a ritual slaying, police said Monday.
Their stepfather, Lawrence Douglas Harris Sr., 25, has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Kendra Suing, 10, and Alysha Suing, 8.
Police Lt. Marti Reilly said Harris had been performing “some strange ritual.” Harris told investigators he was casting a spell that “had gone bad” and the spell “could have had severe consequences,” according to Sioux City Police Chief Joe Frisbie.
Harris is being held at the Woodbury County Jail in lieu of $2 million bond and is set to appear in court Jan. 17.
At a news conference Monday afternoon, Frisbie said Kendra and Alysha Suing were were dead before the fire and appear to have died of strangulation and stab wounds. Frisbie said an official cause of death will not be released for several days.
Sioux City Police and Fire departments responded Sunday afternoon to an anonymous report of a fire at 1420 Nebraska St. When officers arrived at the scene, Frisbie said, Harris indicated that the victims were dead in their bedrooms. Frisbie said Harris told authorities he was the only adult present at the scene. The girls’ mother, Marla Harris, also lives at the house.
“You’re talking about people casting spells, spells gone bad,” Frisbie said. “Obviously, there is a lot more going on here than a straightforward homicide.”
Frisbie said Harris also “appeared to have blood on his person” at the scene. He said the investigation is ongoing and declined to say whether Harris had confessed to the murders or whether the girls had been sexually assaulted.
Frisbie confirmed that the fire was set in the basement of the home but declined to speculate on whether it was set as part of a ritual or to cover up evidence.
“A lot of times arson is generally used to cover up other criminal activity,” Frisbie said. “I don’t know if that was his intent at this point.”
The murder is the first multiple homicide in Sioux City since the August 2001 slayings of Leticia Aguilar, her five children and businessman Ronald Fish.
On Monday afternoon, family members removed furniture from the house, which had miminal damage, and loaded it into a red pickup truck. Two pictures, of Alysha and Kendra Suing, sat on a small plastic orange and yellow picnic table on the front porch.
The Suings were students at Irving Elementary School. They transferred to the district in April from out of state, said Sioux City Community Schools Superintendent Larry Williams.
Family members said Kendra and Alysha Suing enjoyed spending time on computers, reading books and listening to music. A favorite song was “Barbie Girl.”
Joe Suing of St. Helena, Neb., whose son Craig Suing of Springfield, Ill., is the girls’ father, said he hadn’t talked to the girls in two years.
“You know, I wish I’d got to know them a little better,” Joe Suing said. “I do know that when they used to come to visit, they liked to see their grandpa when they did see him.”
He said the girls’ mother, Marla Harris, and Harris had married about a year ago but said, “I don’t know the situation, what the guy was like.”
“It makes a guy mad that they have to pick on kids,” Suing said. “If it was a grownup or somebody that had the ability to protect themselves or had a 50-50 chance, you know ….”
“I don’t think it’s really sank in for me yet,” he said.
Williams said counselors and a limited number of faculty members were informed of the deaths before school started Monday morning. He said a general announcement was made individually to each class.
“In a situation of this case, we’re almost just as concerned with the welfare of the adults that work closely with these children as we are with the children,” Williams said while fighting back tears. “There were a lot of tears this morning.”
Williams said multiple counselors were on hand throughout the school day to help students cope with the tragedy and they may be present at the elementary school today.

Interior Ministry (MUP) Chief Inspector Zoran Luković, who is in charge of the investigation, says that the crime might have been a part of a ritual.
On Saturday police recovered beheaded bodies of Vasilije Trbović, 26, and his five-year-old nephew, L.O., from the Danube River near Novi Banovci in Vojvodina.
The victims had been reported missing on Monday before police found the bodies.
“The murders were not committed for the sake of the murder, rather they are typical of a cult-inspired ritual. Everything we found in the suspect’s house points to that conclusion,” Luković said.
“What we could see from the literature we found there and judging by the manner he organized his living space, we could say that satanism and witchcraft were at work there, the philosophy leading to auto-aggression or acts of aggression towards someone else,” he explained.
According to Luković, an improvised altar was also found in Jakupek’s house.
“We found some sort of an improvised satanist altar in the basement, while certain pieces of furniture were painted over in satanist colors, red and black, ” he explained.
Asked how it was possible that no one noticed the suspect’s strange behavior, Luković said that people in Serbia “are usually poorly informed of cults and sects.”
He called for the ministries of health and religion to join in the campaign to fight dangerous cults operating in Serbia.

NOVI SAD — Police have recovered mutilated bodies of Vasilije Trboviç, 26, and his five-year-old nephew from the Danube Saturday.
They shortly afterwards arrested 26-year old Danijel Jakupek, as he was already suspected of committing the double murder.
Police had been searching for Trboviç and his nephew identified as L.O. for three days before discovering their bodies Friday in the Danube River near Novi Banovci in Vojvodina.
They were reported missing last Tuesday.
The victims were last seen on Monday evening, when they went to Jakupek’s house to watch a movie.
The details of the crime will be made known as soon as investigative judge with the Sremska Mitrovica District Court, Nebojsa Nebojša Starčević, has completed his inquiry.
Meanwhile, Tanjug agency reported that police found what they described as satanic cult literature while searching Jakupek’s house. Manuals on body dismemberment were also discovered, unofficial sources say.
B92 has also learned that Jakobec, after hours of questioning, confessed to the crime.
Police sources say that he killed the boy first in a bathtub in his house using a knife and a handsaw, and murdered Starčević in the nearby woods later.
Jakupek disposed of the dismembered bodies and murder weapons by putting them in a barrel which he then threw into the Danube.
Interior Minister Dragan Jočić reacted to the murders Saturday by telling reporters Serbian police will lead a more intensive campaign against cults whose rituals have fatal outcomes, or those that encourage its members to commit suicide.
“There is a department within the MUP that deals with cults, however, considering the consequences of the cults’ actions in the past couple of years, we will make their surveillance and registering a priority and raise it to a strategic level,” he said.

NOVI SAD — Police have recovered mutilated bodies of Vasilije Trboviç, 26, and his five-year-old nephew from the Danube Saturday.
They shortly afterwards arrested 26-year old Danijel Jakupek, as he was already suspected of committing the double murder.
Police had been searching for Trboviç and his nephew identified as L.O. for three days before discovering their bodies Friday in the Danube River near Novi Banovci in Vojvodina.
They were reported missing last Tuesday.
The victims were last seen on Monday evening, when they went to Jakupek’s house to watch a movie.
The details of the crime will be made known as soon as investigative judge with the Sremska Mitrovica District Court, Nebojsa Nebojša Starčević, has completed his inquiry.
Meanwhile, Tanjug agency reported that police found what they described as satanic cult literature while searching Jakupek’s house. Manuals on body dismemberment were also discovered, unofficial sources say.
B92 has also learned that Jakobec, after hours of questioning, confessed to the crime.
Police sources say that he killed the boy first in a bathtub in his house using a knife and a handsaw, and murdered Starčević in the nearby woods later.
Jakupek disposed of the dismembered bodies and murder weapons by putting them in a barrel which he then threw into the Danube.
Interior Minister Dragan Jočić reacted to the murders Saturday by telling reporters Serbian police will lead a more intensive campaign against cults whose rituals have fatal outcomes, or those that encourage its members to commit suicide.
“There is a department within the MUP that deals with cults, however, considering the consequences of the cults’ actions in the past couple of years, we will make their surveillance and registering a priority and raise it to a strategic level,” he said.

Police in Toboso town in northern Negros are determined to solve the successive killings of two children recently as it downplayed reports that some cult members may have been behind the death of the kids.
The school and barangay officials also called parents to meetings at the different public schools in Toboso and Escalante City to brief them on the situation and advise them to be wary of the security of their children.
The Toboso Police arrested two men who are suspected to be members of a cultist group who came from Sorsogon, in the Bicol region.
The two, identified as Gerald Prado, 40, and Roberto Engganay, 50, are said to be behind the brutal murder of 6-year-old Jessie Tabotabo last June 12.
His eyeballs were taken out, his nipples removed and his testicles cut. Jessie’s remains was found at Sitio Curba Hagnayan, Barangay Tabun-ak in Toboso last June 13.
His 11-year-old brother Jimmy saw how Prado reportedly drowned his brother and told the Police of the incident.
Prado is said to be a native of Cabuyao in Laguna.
SPO3 Oscar Sisican, case investigator, said they are focusing their probe on the killing of Jessie Tabotabo and Rochelle Gepitolan.
Gepitolan, 11 years old, died after their house in Barangay Salamanca, Toboso was strafed Saturday night. His 41-year-old father Rodolfo was also hurt in the incident.
Sisican said they are yet to arrest the killers of Gepitolan. The strafing, according to reports, was allegedly done by three people.
This as 9-year-old Jericho Mahusay scared people from the Old Poblacion in Escalante City when he reported that three elderly men dressed in blue robes and sporting long hairs tried to abduct him last Sunday, June 24.
The men were reportedly armed with knives when the incident happened.
Mahusay, a Grade 4 student of the Danao Port Elementary School in Old Poblacion, said that he was only able to elude his abductors when two kids, he identified as Lyndon and Dominic, started throwing stones at the men, distracting their attention and thus giving him the chance to bite their hands for the escape.
However, when Police investigators went to the alleged abduction site at the Old Poblacion the boys were nowhere to be found. Neither were there boys by those names.
Mahusay narrated that he was about to buy ice from a neighborhood store when the three suspects reportedly grabbed his wrist and told him that they will pull his eyeballs out.
Afraid, Mahusay took the chance at biting the arms of his abductors when their attention was allegedly distracted by the boys.
This gave him the chance to run to safety.
Senior Insp. Mateo Maguate, Escalante City chief of police, has already mobilized his men to patrol the city’s boundaries and prevent more untoward incidents from happening.
He is hopeful that the patrols will protect the residents and discouraged the alleged cult members from victimizing people.
In the meantime, parents are advised to take extra care of their children, fetched children to and from schools and to keep them at home when night falls.

The story of toddler, Edrine Muguluma who was recently kidnapped and murdered in ritual sacrifice has shocked the nation. He is one of many children that are increasingly being killed in cold blood on the orders of witchdoctors and traditional healers that we must find a solution to.
To illustrate what I am talking about, I would like to share with you some stories that have made headlines in Uganda.
Shammim Muhammad, aged 5
On April 4, 1999, Jalia Katusiime, a hair dresser from Njeru town, Mukono district left her five-year-old daughter Shammim Muhammed with a neighbour, Francis Muwanga, to go and attend to a customer.
When she returned, both Shammim and Muwanga were missing. There followed a search for her . Her decomposing body was found on Namiya hill. Two of her fingers had been chopped off, her neck cut off and her tongue plucked out.
Her private parts were also missing. Police arrested Muwanga as the chief suspect. Later, he and his wife confessed that they had been advised by a witchdoctor, Yunus Samanya, that if they sacrificed a child to the spirits, they would become rich.
Muwanga, his wife and the witch doctor were sentenced to death on July 29, 1999 and are in prison.
Milly Nsonyiwa, aged 1
One-year-old Milly Nsonyiwa of Mukono district disappeared from her mother, Esther Nakachwa on January 22, 1999.
A month later, Milly’s remains were found in a shrine belonging to Kizito, a traditional healer in the same district. Her body had been cut into pieces – symbolic of sacrifice to the gods.
Reuben Mugabe, aged 12
40-year old James Kareju Mugisha of Kagando, Nyabushozi, Mbarara district was arrested on October 9, 1998, attempting to sell his 12-year-old son Reuben Mugabe to Strabag Construction Company for Shs3m for ritual sacrifice.
Mugisha, a father of 13 children had hoped to escape poverty by selling one of his sons. The above cases are a few of the children sacrificed or who narrowly escaped being sacrificed that have made it to the newspapers.
There is suspicion that the problem is much more widespread, especially in remote rural areas where there is minimal media coverage.
The New Vision reported 15 cases of child sacrifice in 1999 alone. The discovery of over 500 bodies of people who were killed and buried at various sites by the Joseph Kibwetere cult and who nobody had reported missing is an indication of how many children could go missing and are not reported.
In the cases that have been reported, children are kidnapped or stolen from parents or guardians, lured off by promises of sweets, biscuits or toys or sold off or offered by parents or guardians who believe in witchcraft and who are greedy for money and riches.
What are the factors leading to child sacrifice? What suggestions can be made on the way forward?
Witchcraft
Almost all the cases of child sacrifice have revolved around witchcraft. The child sacrifices were carried out by witchdoctors or by their clients who have been advised or ordered to do so by witchdoctors, traditional healers, astrologists, traditional medicine men or cult leaders. (It is important to note that all witchdoctors are traditional healers but NOT all traditional healers or herbalists are witchdoctors and many of them do not sacrifice children).
Such sacrifices are purportedly to appease and invoke gods or spirits or ancestors to use their supernatural abilities to carry out the wishes of the witchdoctor or his or her clients. Such wishes could be the need for healing, protection against enemies or calamities or for riches, prosperity and success.
A number of children have been kidnapped from school.
They are then taken to a witchdoctor’s shrine.
The children are then killed and sacrificed. Most of the bodies have been found decapitated.
Some witchdoctors believe that ritual child sacrifice makes their magic more powerful. Body parts like fingers, genitals, or the heart are mixed with herbs or they are used to make charms or talismans that are given to clients.
Witchcraft, wherever it has occurred, has tended to go with human sacrifice and usually, children have been victims of such rituals.
In the 15th Century, witchcraft thrived in many parts of Europe and was in many instances linked to child sacrifice. For instance, during the reign of King Louis XIV in France, witch trials were held. In one trial of a High Priestess named la Voisin, the following evidence was given:
“The child was held over the altar, a sharp gash across the neck, a stifled cry, and warm drops fell into the chalice… The corpse was handed to la Voisin, who flung it callously into an oven fashioned for that purpose which glowed white in its fierceness. It was proved that regular traffic had been carried on for years with beggar women and the lowest prostitutes, who sold their children for this purpose. At her trial, la Voisin confessed that no less than 2,500 babies had been disposed of in this manner.”
In many traditional African religions linked with ancestral worship and the fear of malicious spirits, child sacrifice to appease the spirits was common.
However, with the advent of Christianity and Islam, many converts turned away from the practice of witchcraft and child sacrifice had died down.
However, there has been a re-insurgence of African-traditional culture, and religion, which has given witchcraft a new brave lease of life.
More people are openly coming out in the media, both newspapers and radio to associate with witchcraft under the guise of traditional medical practice and associated rituals. Consulting of traditional healers, diviners, witchdoctors, astrologers is touted as fashionable and nothing to be ashamed of.
This mentality has encouraged more people to openly consult witchdoctors some of whom are encouraging them to sacrifice children as part of the ritual to make the magic work or appease the gods or spirits.
Gone are the days when consulting witchdoctors would be done at night and in secrecy. Witchdoctors now are well organised and are using advertising a lot by putting up cloth banners near their shrines.
Advertisements with fantastic claims are aired on radio announcements and commercials as well as in the newspapers.
Senior people involved
Occasionally, one hears that senior government officials and politicians are attending official functions organised by traditional healers.
This has enhanced their popularity and encouraged more people to consult them thus increasing the chances of witchcraft-related child sacrifice.
Whenever human sacrifice has been required, children are more likely to be the victims than adults. This is because children are more easily persuaded and lured away than adults. They are weak and vulnerable and can easily be kidnapped and carried away.
Many witchdoctors also believe that children are pure, undefiled and therefore a preferred sacrifice for the spirits and gods, according to a testimony of Maji Moto, a former witchdoctor who turned Christian in 1999.
Whereas the law in Uganda emphasises child protection, child sacrifice as such is not specifically mentioned. This makes it difficult for convicted child murderers to be given maximum punishment.
For instance, the 1999 Children Statute of the Republic of Uganda states in Sec.6.3 that, “A child has the right to be protected from violence, ill-treatment and any behaviours that might show lack of care or interest in the child”.
Local authorities are charged with the duty of protecting the rights and well-being of children in their areas of jurisdiction.
Sec.II.9 of the Children’s Statute says, “The Secretary for Children’s Affairs, chosen from the members of the Council, is responsible for all matters concerning children”.
However, the above is still far from being regularly and satisfactorily implemented and practiced by local councils in Uganda.
Though there is a law against witchcraft, it is not known by many people and it has hardly been used in Uganda’s law courts. Moreover, it does not specifically mention child sacrifice.
Witchcraft Act
Sections of The Witchcraft Act of 1957 state: “Any person who directly or indirectly threatens another with death by witchcraft or by any other supernatural means shall be guilty of an offence and on conviction shall be liable to imprisonment for life”.
It adds, “Any person who practices witchcraft or who holds himself out as a witch, whether on one or more occasions, shall be guilty of an offence and on conviction shall be liable to imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years.”
Those who participate in witchcraft are also covered.
“Any person who hires or procures another person to practice witchcraft or who for evil purposes consults or consorts with another who practices witchcraft shall be guilty of an offence.” When convicted shall be liable to imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years.
As mentioned earlier, though there is a law against witchcraft, it is hardly ever used. Many witchdoctors are doing their practice openly under the guise of traditional healers and herbalists.
There is a big need to set up a mechanism for distinguishing bona fide herbalists from witchdoctors who practice witchcraft and magic and cause a lot of harm including child sacrifice, child abuse, rape and defilement.
There is no doubt that child sacrifice is a most horrendous crime that we all need to participate in preventing and wiping out.
There are a number of ways we can contribute towards eliminating child sacrifice in Uganda.
Awareness campaign against witchcraft. Carry out awareness campaigns against the practice and involvement in witchcraft.
Those involved in witchcraft can easily be manipulated and blackmailed by witchdoctors to participate in child sacrifice. The campaigns can be carried out through the media, local councils, seminars, workshops, posters etc.
Differentiate between traditional healers and witchdoctors. A lot of witchcraft, including child sacrifice goes on under the guise of traditional healers and herbalists.
The government should set up mechanisms for differentiating who is who. For instance a Traditional Healers Act could be enacted. This would include a Board similar to the NGO Board or Medical Board.
Its duty would be to scrutinise, register and monitor the operations of traditional healers and herbalists. This would assist in weeding out witchdoctors including those who sacrifice children.
Strengthen the law and law enforcement so that cases of suspected child sacrifice are investigated and the culprits convicted and punished in a speedy manner. This would convince those who are tempted that they will be dealt with.
Increased vigilance
Encourage Local Councils, parents, neighbours and religious leaders to be more vigilant in inquiring about children who go missing.
Teach and warn children at home and in schools and religious institutions about child kidnapping and child sacrifice like they are being warned against sexual abuse and HIV/Aids. This would make them alert against being lured away or being kidnapped.
The fight against child sacrifice and the protection of our children against this heinous crime needs the concerted efforts of all; the government, civil society, religious leaders, the media, law enforcement officials, teachers and parents.
I believe we can eventually win it.

Whereas the law in Uganda emphasises child protection, child sacrifice as such is not specifically mentioned. This makes it difficult for convicted child murderers to be given maximum punishment.
For instance, the 1999 Children Statute of the Republic of Uganda states in Sec.6.3 that, “A child has the right to be protected from violence, ill-treatment and any behaviours that might show lack of care or interest in the child”.
Local authorities are charged with the duty of protecting the rights and well-being of children in their areas of jurisdiction.
Sec.II.9 of the Children’s Statute says, “The Secretary for Children’s Affairs, chosen from the members of the Council, is responsible for all matters concerning children”.
However, the above is still far from being regularly and satisfactorily implemented and practiced by local councils in Uganda.
Though there is a law against witchcraft, it is not known by many people and it has hardly been used in Uganda’s law courts. Moreover, it does not specifically mention child sacrifice.
Witchcraft Act
Sections of The Witchcraft Act of 1957 state: “Any person who directly or indirectly threatens another with death by witchcraft or by any other supernatural means shall be guilty of an offence and on conviction shall be liable to imprisonment for life”.
It adds, “Any person who practices witchcraft or who holds himself out as a witch, whether on one or more occasions, shall be guilty of an offence and on conviction shall be liable to imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years.”
Those who participate in witchcraft are also covered.
“Any person who hires or procures another person to practice witchcraft or who for evil purposes consults or consorts with another who practices witchcraft shall be guilty of an offence.” When convicted shall be liable to imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years.
As mentioned earlier, though there is a law against witchcraft, it is hardly ever used. Many witchdoctors are doing their practice openly under the guise of traditional healers and herbalists.
There is a big need to set up a mechanism for distinguishing bona fide herbalists from witchdoctors who practice witchcraft and magic and cause a lot of harm including child sacrifice, child abuse, rape and defilement.
There is no doubt that child sacrifice is a most horrendous crime that we all need to participate in preventing and wiping out.
There are a number of ways we can contribute towards eliminating child sacrifice in Uganda.
Awareness campaign against witchcraft. Carry out awareness campaigns against the practice and involvement in witchcraft.
Those involved in witchcraft can easily be manipulated and blackmailed by witchdoctors to participate in child sacrifice. The campaigns can be carried out through the media, local councils, seminars, workshops, posters etc.
Differentiate between traditional healers and witchdoctors. A lot of witchcraft, including child sacrifice goes on under the guise of traditional healers and herbalists.
The government should set up mechanisms for differentiating who is who. For instance a Traditional Healers Act could be enacted. This would include a Board similar to the NGO Board or Medical Board.
Its duty would be to scrutinise, register and monitor the operations of traditional healers and herbalists. This would assist in weeding out witchdoctors including those who sacrifice children.
Strengthen the law and law enforcement so that cases of suspected child sacrifice are investigated and the culprits convicted and punished in a speedy manner. This would convince those who are tempted that they will be dealt with.
Increased vigilance
Encourage Local Councils, parents, neighbours and religious leaders to be more vigilant in inquiring about children who go missing.
Teach and warn children at home and in schools and religious institutions about child kidnapping and child sacrifice like they are being warned against sexual abuse and HIV/Aids. This would make them alert against being lured away or being kidnapped.
The fight against child sacrifice and the protection of our children against this heinous crime needs the concerted efforts of all; the government, civil society, religious leaders, the media, law enforcement officials, teachers and parents.
I believe we can eventually win it.

The body of Jessie Tabotabo, 6, who had been reported missing on June 12, was found the next day in Sitio Curba Hagnaya, Brgy. Tabun-ak, Toboso.
The two nipples of Tabotabo, his sex organ two ears, upper and lower lips had been sliced off, and cuts were also noted in his brow, police investigations showed.
Leyte said the Jimmy Tabo-tabo, 11, an elder brother of the victim and a lone witness to the incident, positively identified Prado during a police line-up as the one who dragged and drowned his brother at the Curva Hagnaya River.
Prado, who claimed to be a resident of Cabuyao, Laguna, was arrested by town residents at Crossing Ma-aswa, Brgy. General Luna on Saturday, while Engganay was nabbed the next day in adjacent Brgy. Tabun-ak, all upland barangays of Toboso town, the police said.
Prado denied involvement in the death of Jessie.
Police investigators noted that Prado and Engganay were sporting long beards, and wearing what appears to be dark blue uniforms.
Leyte said Prado and Engganay were also heard talking in a strange dialect inside the Toboso police lock-up cell.
Their arrest triggered speculations among residents in the upland areas of Toboso about the existence of a cultist group targeting minors.
Talks about a cultist group from Surigao province in Mindanao arriving in Toboso also alarmed residents, but these were downplayed by Leyte, who said there is no confirmation of such reports.

The Associated Press reports one of the victims was a child.
The murders took place on June 6, 2006, or 6-6-6, a set of numbers considered by some to be the mark of the devil.

If you were doubting that some people sell human parts for a living, this is the time to believe. Home Affairs Minister Anne Kachikho has revealed in parliament that police have discovered some of the traffickers and they are rounding them up.
Kachikho told parliament on Friday that the arrest of three young men at Lilongwe Hotel, after being found in possession of several sets of male private parts, led to the arrest of a man believed to be the main actor in the syndicate.
"We have managed to arrest the principal suspect," Kachikho said adding that police also discovered a dead body believed to be the source of private parts that Leonard Ganizani, Felix Maganga and Jackson Chisepo were found with on Thursday at the hotel.
The minister told the House that the three confessed they were middle men in the human parts business.
The three, smartly dressed and middle-aged, had a set of fresh male private parts wrapped in a plastic paper and hidden in a hat at the time of their arrest. They also hid another plastic bag, in which were similar parts, in the boot of a posh car they parked outside the hotel.
According to Central Region Police spokesman Moyenda Chitimbe, the arrest of Ganizani, 28, Maganga, 42 and Chisepo, 34 led to that of Sumaili Daudi, 27 from Mchepa village in Traditional Authority Kauma in Dedza.
Chitimbe said Daudi is believed to have murdered Backson Makondetsa, 42, and removed his private parts before dumping the corpse in a river at Lumbadzi. Late Makondetsa hailed from Dzoole village in Chief Mkukula's area in Dowa district.
We have charged them with murder and ritual killing for ritual money and they are likely to appear in court next week, Chitimbe said.
Leader of opposition John Tembo commended the police on the arrest and for informing parliament in good time about what had been done so far.

Even in a country grown accustomed to horrific acts of violence, it is a crime that still shocks. ”Muti murder”, in which human body parts are removed to be used in traditional “medicine”, is increasing in South Africa – but victims’ families complain that the police too often ignore it.
The murder of four-year-old Connie Ncube, whose mutilated body was discovered in a river near her home east of Pretoria by her father last month, has sparked a public outcry and demands for tougher action against the gruesome crimes.
Jabu Majola said: “I was shocked to see my daughter that way. It took me 10 minutes to identify her because of the way they cut at her. I couldn’t believe someone could do something like this.”
Mr Majola condemned the police for not responding to his calls for almost 12 hours after Connie disappeared. “If they had sent police to search for my daughter when we asked them to, she would be alive today,” he said.
It was only after a report of her death appeared in a local newspaper, Mr Majola said, that the police launched a full investigation and eventually identified a suspect – a neighbour with links to traditional “healers” – who has not been caught.
According to the South African Council of Churches (SACC), there have been 49 ritual killings in one district of Limpopo province alone since the mid-1980s, including that of a seven-year-old boy, Mulweli Nemadandila, whose mutilated body was found in a stream next to his house last month.
Yet, from all of these, there have been only four arrests, and no convictions. The SACC is calling for the cases to be re-investigated.
The Rev Alunamutwe Randi-tsheni, the SACC’s district chairman, said: “We’re very worried about ritual killing at the moment, but the police seem not to be interested. People have been identified as suspects, so why are the police not arresting them?
“Usually they say these people have been eaten by a fish or crabs after drowning in the river, but what kind of a fish is it that just eats human private parts?”
Disquiet at the lack of police response has grown since it emerged that South Africa’s occult-related crimes unit, set up in 1992 to investigate muti (Zulu for “medicine”) killings and Satanism, has quietly been disbanded. The unit, which once numbered 52 officers, was closed, according to a police spokesman, because “the number of reported crimes was too low to justify its existence”.
But the unit’s founder, Kobus Jonker, who has since retired, described that explanation as “unbelievable”.
In 2000, he said, it had dealt with 300 cases of muti-related crimes and that number was “definitely increasing”. He said: “If this unit has closed down completely, it’s a terrible thing. It’s not just anyone who can do this sort of investigation. You must know the culture and the superstitions of the people.”
The belief that body parts contain powerful magic which can be used to bring good luck, help a woman to get pregnant or even make a criminal invisible to the police, is widespread in Africa – and the rewards for those unscrupulous traditional healers, or sangomas, who are willing to supply them are huge. According to Mr Jonker, a human head could fetch up to ?1,150.
The victim is invariably alive when the parts are taken, as it is believed that their screams make the muti even more powerful.
Estimates of the number of muti killings vary widely, from six a year to 100. Anthony Minnaar, a professor of criminal justice studies at the University of South Africa, said: “Because it is often done in secret and the bodies disposed of down a mineshaft or similar, the incidence is much higher than is reported.”
Some of the 800 to 900 children reported missing in South Africa every year are likely to have been murdered for muti, he said.
Mr Minnaar said he believed that some policemen “don’t want to get involved because they think they might themselves be bewitched”.
Supt Attie Lamprecht, who became the head of the occult-related crimes unit in 2000, said that it had not been disbanded but had been “absorbed” into other units. “The capacity is there, it does exist, but it is not a task that is full time,” he said.
